Before joining N&P, I spent seven years in retail. I came here initially because I wanted to join an organisation where I could progress, and I've been really impressed by how supportive my colleagues and managers have been in helping me take on new challenges.

The support has been there right from the start. When I joined, training was spread out so I could absorb everything, and everyone around was always happy to lend a hand and help me settle in.

There's a huge variety of work to keep things interesting, too. Of course, working with customers means that no two days are ever going to be the same. But on top of that, I get involved with meetings to share ideas and thinking, as well as training and development sessions and charity days.

All in all, it's a great place to work. I'm close to home, the facilities are lovely and, most importantly, the people really want you to do well.
