Customer Service Manager

I've been at N&P for the past 15 years. Over that time, it's changed and evolved hugely. That's given me the chance to work in different teams, learn new things, and gain a rounded knowledge of our banking and investment products.

I knew N&P as a customer before I joined. I'd always had a brilliant experience with my local branch so, when the opportunity came along to join, I thought it would be a great use of my customer service background. Plus, the flexible working and locations meant it was easy for me to balance work and family life.

My department is all about collaboration. We start each day with a managers' meeting to make sure we're all focussing on the right things. From there, we work with our staff to plan the day, discuss any issues, and generally catch up. Everyone contributes, and we make a point of being there for each other to offer support and help. That's why I'm proud to be part of N&P.
