How your personal information will be used
We will only use relevant sensitive information where necessary and only in line with legal, regulatory and good practice requirements – such as reviewing health records to support staff with their occupational health requirements or looking at offences and proceedings, spent or unspent, in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
We will disclose your information to YBS Group colleagues and anyone acting on our behalf on a need-to-know basis to enable them to carry out our selection process. We will respect your right to privacy and will keep your personal record only for as long as is necessary. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your consent, unless the law, public duty or our legitimate interests requires us to do so.
If we sell or transfer all or part of our business, we may transfer personnel records as part of the sale or transfer. However we will only do so under a contract, which protects the confidentiality and security of your information.
